Fine Art Photography Returns Policy

Effective date: December 20, 2025

This policy applies to fine art photography prints purchased through driiP Design Studios™.

Each print is produced to order using archival materials and handled with care from production through shipment. Because prints are created specifically for you, returns and cancellations are limited as outlined below.

Made-to-Order Products

All fine art prints are produced after purchase.

Each piece is printed on archival matte paper using professional pigment inks. As a result of this made-to-order process, returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection are not accepted.

Please review size and product details carefully before completing your order.

Damage or Defective Prints

If your print arrives damaged during transit or contains a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the print and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

What is Not Elegible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selected at checkout

  • Minor color variation due to monitor settings

  • Differences in appearance once framed

  • Requests made outside the 7 day reporting window

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within three (3) hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun.

Once printing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Signed prints (when requested) are not eligible for cancellation once signed.

A Note on Quality

Every fine art print is carefully produced and inspected prior to shipment.

If something arrives less than it should, we will make it right.
