This Returns & Cancellations Policy explains how returns, replacements, and order cancellations are handled for Dream Carnival products offered through driiP Design Studios™.

Made-to-Order Products

All Dream Carnival phone cases — including future fine art photography edition phone cases — are printed to order.

Each case is produced specifically for your selected device and finish after your order is placed.

Because of this made-to-order process, returns and cancellations are limited as outlined below.

Returns & Replacements

We will gladly replace or refund an item if it arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect due to our error

If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

What we do not accept

Because all cases are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect phone model selected at checkout

  • Color or appearance differences due to screen display variations

  • Normal wear and tear

Please double-check your device model before placing your order.

Cancellations

Before production

Orders may be canceled within three (3) hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun.

Because cases are printed to order, production may begin shortly after purchase.

After production

Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item qualifies under our return conditions (damage, defect, or error), we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us with your order number

  • Include photos if applicable

We will work with you to resolve the issue.

driiP Design Studios is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Every Dream Carnival case is created from a real, physical artistic process and printed specifically for you.

We stand behind the work and will always make things right should an error occure.
