If you don’t see your phone model shown, email us at driipdesigns@gmail.com with your phone’s make and model. We have access to a wide range of devices and will confirm availability before printing your case.
If it can be made, we’ll take care of the rest.
Shipping Policy
Each Dream Carnival case is printed to order in the U.S., created individually before beginning its journey. Production typically takes 1–3 business days.
We offer free USPS shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Once your case is printed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its path from our studio to your hands.
Every Dream Carnival case is made to order and backed by a 90-day no-hassle warranty covering workmanship and print quality.
If your case arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing issue, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a brief description along with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll provide a one-time replacement at no cost to you, including shipping.
If your case is damaged during transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and its packaging. After review, we’ll arrange a free replacement.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes that occur with regular use, scratches, fading caused by extended exposure to sunlight or heat, extreme drops or impact damage, or damage resulting from misuse, modification, or improper handling. It also does not cover issues caused by selecting the incorrect phone model at checkout.
Our goal is simple: if something isn’t right with how your case was made or delivered, we’ll make it right.
At driiP Designs, every Dream Carnival case begins as a blank canvas and is printed to order in the U.S.—created individually before starting its journey to you. Because each piece is made specifically for your device, we’re unable to accept general returns. That said, if something isn’t right, we’ll always help make it right.
Shipping Damage
If your case arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll send a one-time free replacement, including shipping, at no extra cost.
Incorrect Design or Case Size
If your order arrives with the wrong design or case size due to an error on our end, reach out within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement so your piece arrives as intended.
Ordering Carefully
Each Dream Carnival case is custom printed, which means we can’t accept returns for ordering mistakes such as selecting the wrong phone model or design. We recommend double-checking your details before completing your purchase to ensure a perfect fit.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. After that window, your case enters production and can no longer be changed or canceled. To request a cancellation, email us at driipdesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, as every case is printed specifically for each order.
